Orange Pod Prints

This piece was all over the board on what is was trying to be, so don’t dig through the layers. I played and played and played; added more texture and colors; more India Inks and metallic Acrylic Inks. Then, suddenly, it spoke and said it was done. You will also see that it has lots glitter and, what’s that you might ask that is on the vase and below it…that’s a melted avocado bag and a melted bag that some other vegetable came in. To the right, you will also see sheetrock tape.

I had it at a show at RosAmungThorns and it was the one piece that everyone seemed to migrate to. AND, everyone smiled when they looked at it.
